KCRS uses your donation to purchase roses for the garden. However, due to park regulations, no signage can be placed in the garden to designate your particular rose bush(s). However, you may take pleasure in knowing that your donation has enhanced the Rose Garden for all to enjoy!
MEMORY ROSES rose donors should specify who is being memorialized, and who should receive notice of the gift. This person receives the beautiful card announcing the gift and listing the donor’s name(s).
FRIENDSHIP ROSES are a good way to make note of any special event or occasion. Honorees receive a beautiful card with a handwritten note marking the occasion and listing the donor’s name(s). Examples include:
