FRIENDSHIP ROSES are purchased by KCRS and then planted in the rose the garden. Friendship Roses are a good way to make note of any special event or occasion, including:
What the recipient receives: A beautiful card with handwritten note marking the special occasion is sent to the honoree and includes the purchaser's name.
MEMORY ROSES are purchased and then planted in the garden to remember a loved one whose name will be inscribed in the Kansas City Rose Society Memory Book which is on permanent display in the Loose Park Garden Center.
In addition, a beautiful card with handwritten note marking the memory is sent to a dedicated person, and includes the purchaser's name. 
*Due to park regulations, no signage can be placed in the garden to designate your particular rose bush(s). However, you may take pleasure in knowing that your donation has enhanced the Rose Garden for all to enjoy!
