   Click the small ▼ to open the drop-down menu
   
   
2.  Select the level of membership you are paying for.
   
   
3. Next, type in your  name & phone #.

4. Click "Pay Now"  ---- You will then be taken to a secure PayPal / Credit Card page where you can complete the transaction.

Once you have successfully completed the process you will be taken to our ​Thank You page where you can continue browsing our site.
